Payment for made-to-measure.
Once an order has been placed a 25% deposit is required. When garments are completed and a delivery date is set, the remaining 75% is required. Payment can be made by credit / debit card and by cheque. Please allow extra time for cheques to clear. No garments will be posted until payment is received in full.

Delivery
Deliverys will be upto 5 working days. For bespoke under normal circumstances tailoring takes up to 4 to 5 weeks. Alternative timescales can usually be accommodated so please don't hesitate to contact us.

We make a charge to cover postage and packaging. All parcels are sent recorded delivery.

After Sales Care
If in the event that the fit is not satisfactory, garments can be sent back and will be altered free of charge.

All garments come with a 12 month warranty covering workmanship and fabrics. We reserve the right not to replace garments that have clearly been ill-treated.
